Simon Worley - These days Simon specialises in 4 - 5 mile recreational running! and the occasional 10 mile and half marathon road races!  Happy with 6.5 minute mile pace for 5 miles on a good day, course dependant.  Triathlon is the No 1 preferred day out in the summer months - Number 1 for fun on the day and keeping fit.  Simon's first proper open water swim was with around 250 other people trying to swim next to each other at the same time on race day.  It was educational.  Favourite Olympic Triathlon has to be Loch Hyne - run by West Cork Triathlon Club.  The challenge for 2012 is looking like it might be a Half Ironman distance event - just need to get the swimming training sorted!  Simon rides a Scott Addict R2 - an upgrade purchased in 2011 - that baby immediately lifted around 2.5 minutes off a 20km cycle!
