🚌 By Bus (from Cork City & nearby)
Fastest from City Centre
- Route 213: Board at South Mall / City Hall → Black Ash Park & Ride (every ~15 mins, ~6–10 min ride). From Black Ash it’s a short walk (8–10 min, ~600–750 m) to the store.
Alternative Route. Fastest From Douglas.
- Route 206 Board at South Mall/ City Hall → Frankfield via Douglas: (every ~15 mins, ~25 min ride from City) Alight at Frankfield (final stop) and walk to the store (roughly 15 minute walk). Great if you’re coming from Douglas/ Grange.

Walking from Black Ash P+R: Follow signs towards Kinsale Road Roundabout, then into Kinsale Road Commercial Centre—The Edge is signed inside the park. (Black Ash is ~500–750 m from the roundabout and just off the N27.)
🚗 By Car
From Cork City Centre (approx. 10 min off-peak)
- Take the N27 South City Link towards Airport / Kinsale Rd Roundabout.
- At Kinsale Rd Roundabout, take the Kinsale Road / Airport Road exit.
- Immediate left into Kinsale Road Commercial Centre → follow signs to The Edge Sports (Unit 37–38).
From the N40 South Ring (Ballincollig / Wilton side)
- Follow N40 to Kinsale Rd Roundabout.
- Exit for Kinsale Road / Airport Road, then first left into Kinsale Road Commercial Centre.
From Douglas / Mahon / East Cork
- Use N27 South City Link towards Kinsale Rd Roundabout.
- Take the Kinsale Road exit and turn left into the Commercial Centre.
Tip: If you prefer to avoid city traffic, Black Ash Park & Ride is beside the roundabout and connects frequently to the centre; it’s also a handy place to park and take a short walk.
🚴 Cycling
From City Centre / City Hall. (Approx 10 Minutes)
- Head southeast on Anglesea St/R610 toward Copley St. Turn right onto Langford Row and continue onto Summerhill S. Turn left onto Evergreen Rd/R851. Turn right onto Curragh Road. Continue onto Kinsale Road. Turn Right into the Kinsale Road Commercial Centre.
Greenway connections
- Tramore Valley Park links many southside districts (Frankfield/Grange, Togher, Bishopstown) via new bridges and paths. From TVP, head towards the Black Ash / Kinsale Rd side and continue a short on-road section to the Commercial Centre.
