Internet pricing with many retailers, sometimes it is necessary for us to compete with online competition by reducing our online prices. Sometimes we do have sales and reductions in store that are not on our website - the prices are not linked - so it may be advantageous to call into the shop too! Thinking logically about it, an internet customer takes up virtually no time in the shop - you are not trying on different sizes (creating a mess which has to be tidied by staff), often taking advice .etc. - a service we love providing but it still costs money! We will endeavour to match internet prices in our shop but this cannot be guaranteed. Similarly for the bike-to-work scheme, if a company is using a 3rd party voucher company (see our Bike2Work page) then we cannot match the sale price because we are not actually receiving the sale amount - we are receiving a lot less due to the commission taken.

Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard card payments, and Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you do not wish to pay online, you may call the shop and relay your card information via telephone. Your card must be registered to a standard address within your country of residency (not a PO Box for example).

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct it.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you place a deposit for an item in the shop, that deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to purchase the item. If the item is not reduced in value at the point at which you request a refund, we will, at our discretion, return the deposit to you. We are reasonable and will only choose to withhold your deposit for good reason. This may include holding the product and being unable to sell it for an extended period of time; storage costs; the product losing its value over this period for whatever reason.

Shipping And HandlingOrders up to €50 in Ireland or Northern Ireland will incur a €4.99 p+p charge. Orders above €50 are delivered free of charge, except for heavy and very bulky items -click here for more information.

Orders outside of Ireland incur an extra shipping charge, depending on location and total cost. We subsidise shipping as much as possible, whilst using reputable shipping companies to ensure the best and safest possible delivery to you.

Delivery schedule despatches your order within 24 hours where items are in stock. Orders received before 11.30 am that are in stock will be despatched on the same day. We endeavour to despatch orders received before 2.30 pm on the same day but cannot guarantee it. Overnight delivery is used for Ireland and Northern Ireland. 48-hour delivery as standard to the UK mainland. International orders are generally received in under 7 working days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Tax charges for orders made from Ireland or the European Union, 23% VAT are included where applicable. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card SecurityWhen the order is placed at our website, you are transferred to Realex or Paypal for payment depending on your choice, where they use the latest security encryption technology to ensure your funds are safe.
